Meet Lexi Oellrich, LMHC
Therapy with me will begin by getting to know your story, what might be feeling stuck, and learning your hopes for the future. As we get to know each other, we will work together to create a “road map” so you can have an idea of what to expect in our time together. I will honor that you are the expert of your own life. You will be in the driver seat, I will be in the passenger seat holding the “road map”.
I love to hold space for all of your human experiences, from the darkest moments to laughter and celebrating the wins.
My hope is to help you better understand yourself and your relationships while creating meaningful change rooted in respect, love, connection, and purpose.
The most important thing in my work is our professional relationship. I strive to make you feel at ease and comfortable as you engage in the therapeutic process.
When I’m not in the counseling room, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband and our two dogs. I love exploring the beautiful PNW, trying new food, watching a good TV show, strength training or going for a run.

I believe every person has dignity, is uniquely created, is worthy of respect, and love. As humans, healthy relationships are vital to our health wellbeing.
My theoretical approach is rooted in attachment science.
I believe that meaningful change in therapy happens through experiencing and processing emotion, not just talking about emotions or understanding them intellectually. Together, we will work to slow down, access, and make sense of what you are feeling so that emotions begin working for you rather than feeling like they are working against you.
